Fury 2010-2011 Season Registration and Tryouts

***Each registrant will need to make two separate payments - One for the Tryout Fee $90.00 and one for the Roster Deposit $400.00. The tryout fee should be paid first. The roster deposit payment can be made online or the first night of tryouts paid by check to FYHA.***
Currently the payment buttons on the registration will not allow you to make one payment for both fees. Hope to have corrected Monday.

The Frederick Fury will be holding a pre-tryout parent information meeting on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Skate Frederick. If you have questions about tryouts, travel hockey, and the Fury, please join us for this meeting. Attending the meeting on behalf of the Fury will be Hockey Director Sylvain Cardin, Board President Don Asmonga, and depending on their individual schedules, the additional board members and the 2010-2011 head coaches. We look forward to seeing you!

REGISTRATION POLICY
In order to remain competitive with other hockey organizations and insure player commitments, the Frederick Fury has found it necessary to institute a registration policy that applies to all players trying out for the Frederick Fury for the 2010-11 season:
A $400 non-refundable roster deposit must be paid at the registration desk upon the first night of tryouts, checks made payable to FYHA. This deposit will secure the players position on a roster best suited for each player determined by the tryout evaluators. Roster placements will be posted via the web 48 hours after the last night of tryouts, at 5:00 P.M. If you choose to decline your roster placement, you will have 24 hours to notify your coach that you are withdrawing from the Fury. If you decline your roster placement your $400 roster deposit check will be returned to you. If you do not notify your coach within 24 hours, it will be assumed that you wish to keep your roster spot and your $400 check will be deposited. Any player not making a team will have their check returned to them by mail. NO roster spots will be held without the $400 roster deposit.
A final payment for season fees will be due by Fury Weekend, August 27, 2010.
